How do I register for a Live course online?
You can register for live classes either by mail or online. Online Payments are processed through PayPal but you can use any major credit card without opening a PayPal account.
Are these courses accredited?
Rehab Education, LLC is an AOTA Approved Provider for live continuing ed courses. Our live and online courses are accepted by many licensing boards, but it is your responsibility to confirm that your specific licensing board accepts our courses. See a listing of our state approvals here.

Do I get a confirmation letter?
Yes, you will get a confirmation letter that will include details about course location and venue at least 10 days prior to a live course. Confirmation letters will be emailed to you. Click here for more information.
How late can I register?
You can register online up until the day before the course. You are charged a late fee for late registration. You are advised to call Rehab Education, LLC to confirm your late registration and review course details.
How will I know if the course is canceled?
You will be notified if a course has been canceled at least 10 days prior to the course. Participants are encouraged to wait to book non-refundable flights/lodging until after course confirmation is received. Click here for more information
How do I get my certificate of attendance?
You will receive your certificate of attendance at the end of the course when you sign out. If you arrive late or leave early, a certificate with modified contact hours will be mailed to you the following week of the course. If you register less than one week prior to the course, your certificate of attendance may not be available for pick-up at the course and will be mailed.
How do I get my certificate if I lose it?
There will be a $10 fee to replace lost certificates. Click here to request a replacement certificate of attendance. Include details re course attended, date and location.
What if I can not come, but I have a substitute attendee?
Please contact Rehab Education, LLC immediately to provide the new attendee’s registration information. If substitution is made less than one week prior to the course, the certificate of attendance may not be available for pick-up at the course and will be mailed.

How do I get added or removed from your email updates?
At the bottom of every update sent from Rehab Education, LLC is an unsubscribe link. Clicking that link will immediately unsubscribe your email address from our mailing list. Or, you can click here and send an email indicating that you no longer with to receive updates.
What special software do I need on my computer?
You will need Adobe Reader software to download our course handouts.

Interactive Online format may include assigned reading and written assignments, viewing online videos, and participating in instructor-moderated online discussion boards and postings. Active online interaction is required for successful completion of these courses.
Select Readings of chapters in current rehab and medical textbooks. This format is available in 2 options:
- Read a Chapter or Online Presentation: Read materials authored by leading clinicians, pass the post-test and earn CEs.
- Test only: If you already own or have access to the course book, you can read your own book and save by purchasing the “Test Only” option. Read your own book, then purchase, take and pass the test online to earn CEs. Your certificate of attendance will be available to print immediately.
HOW TO TAKE AN ONLINE COURSE
How do I register for an online course?
Click on Online Courses on the navigation bar. This will link you to the course catalog, where you will choose your course and add it to the shopping cart. When you have finished selecting your course(s), you will then continue to checkout. You will be prompted to create a new account or login if you already have an account.
How do I pay for an online course?
All Online Classes need to be ordered online. A mail-in option is not available. All major credit cards are accepted. You do not need to have a PayPal account to check out.
Currently, the checkout process for online classes and live classes is separate. You may not add online and live classes to the same shopping cart. We are working on changing this in the near future.

Can I stop and start during the course?
Yes, you can stop and restart at the same spot or begin the whole course again. For 4-week interactive online courses, you will have access to the course until two weeks after ending date of course.

Make sure to allow sufficient time to complete the course and the exam before the course expires.
How do I take an exam?
Once you have taken the course, you will be prompted to complete and submit a course evaluation. Upon completing the evaluation survey, you proceed to “Exams” on the navigation bar and follow the instructions. Make sure you answer all the questions before you submit it for grading. If you choose not to take the exam immediately and log off from the online course, you will need to login again when ready to take the test. Proceed to login to online courses, which will bring you to your Course History page. Click login for the course you will be testing for. Once logged in to the course, click on “Exams” on the navigation bar
How many times can I take the exam?

How do I get my certificate?

You will receive an email with the link to the certificate of completion for you to save in your computer or for you to print for your records. You may also login to your course history to access the certificate on your Course History page.
How do I print the handouts?
You will be able to access your handouts by clicking on the handouts link or the attachment link. You can then print the handouts with the print icon on your computer. If you plan to review information on discussion boards from 4-week interactive courses, you are encouraged to print them within 2 weeks of the ending of the course.
How long can I access the course?
You may access your course for 60 days from the date of purchase, with the exception of the 4-week interactive online courses, which are scheduled for specific timeframes.
How long can I access my Certificate of Completion?
Your certificate of completion will remain in your online account. However, you are encouraged to save your certificate on your hard drive so that you have it readily available.
How can I print my course history?
Your course history is your transcript of online courses taken through Rehab Education, LLC. Login to your account and use the print icon on your computer or use the Print command.
How can I change my personal information?
Login to any course and go to Profile on the navigation bar. To protect your online identity, you cannot change your first and last names online. If your marital status changes, resulting in a name change–please contact Rehab Education LLC. You will be required to provide proof of name change, in order to authorize a name change in the system.
How do I retrieve my password/user ID?
If you have lost your password or user ID, you may go to the login page and go to Recover Password. You will be asked to type the email address you used when you first registered. Your password/user ID will be emailed to you immediately.
What do I do when I can’t login to my account?

Who will send the course information to a state board, licensing board or professional organization?
It is the responsibility of the clinician who is taking the course to submit information to the appropriate licensing agency.
REHAB EDUCATION POLICIES
POLICY OF PRIVACY AND SECURITY OF LEARNER RECORDS
Permanent records for all learners are maintained by the CE Administrator on a password protected computer software system. Only the CE Administrator and support staff have access to this system .
The permanent record is computer-generated and can be reproduced at the learner’s request. The CE Administrator will release information from the permanent record once the learner provides the following information for correct identification: name, address, telephone number and license/certification number, if applicable. Information may be given to the learner on the phone, through the U.S. postal mail or faxed.
The permanent record is maintained for a minimum of 7 years and is not available to third parties.

What is your disclosure policy
All instructors are required to notify Rehab Education, LLC, of any proprietary interests in commercial products or services. If the instructor’s status changes, they must notify Rehab Education, LLC, immediately so appropriate disclaimers can be added to promotional materials and online courses.
Course instructors must make full disclosure of their financial interest in companies, equipment, products or publications. This disclosure information will be made immediately to Rehab Education, LLC, and will be announced by the instructor to the participants at the beginning of each course. Rehab Education, LLC, will include a statement of disclosure in course manuals.
What is your ADA policy?
LIVE COURSES: Each registrant for live courses fills out a registration form with a section regarding the need for special accommodations. We work with each learner to provide full access to live courses.
ONLINE COURSE: Online learners requiring special accommodations are urged to contact Rehab Education, LLC prior to purchasing online courses to determine necessary accommodations and technology needs. Access to any special software needed to adapt the courses to special learning needs is the responsibility of the clinician taking the course.
